TASTING NOTES

Intense ruby red in color, this wine offers on the nose aromas of cassis, raspberry, black cherry, graphite with a touch of mint herb typical of the grape's origin. After proper aeration, spice, cedar and coffee bean notes emerge. The palate is an evolution of flavors, all delimited by the framework of tannins. Ripe, elegant tannins give the wine a sense of direction on the palate. It almost seems as if the wine has a life of its own as it enters the mouth all the way to the back of the palate. This sense of direction is amplified by the acidity, which stands out and gives the wine great cellaring potential.
