Our chef, Paloma Fuenzalida, and our winemaker, Meinard Jan Bloem, work together to reach a perfect harmony between our wines and each of the dishes on the menu. We use fresh ingredients from local farmers, attaining a gastronomy full of flavors and textures that highlights the goodness of our wines.
