Grapes sourced from a hillside block planted in an iron-rich red clay, in the coolest westernmost terroir of the Casablanca Valley, these are responsible for this wine’s fabulous freshness, structure and elegance.
Night harvested at the end of February, it fermented and aged in new and used French oak barrels. Pale straw in color, the wine exhibits elegant aromas reminiscent of apple, lemon peel and apricot, which combine with notes of flint and toasted brioche. In the mouth it is full bodied and persistent.
We recommend serving it with all kinds of seafood or poultry. Best served at 9°-10°C (48°-50°F). Stored in the right conditions, this Chardonnay will continue to develop for at least 6 years after the vintage date.
This Chardonnay Pequeñas Producciones is a limited release of 270 cases.
