Harvest Experience

During the harvest season (March-April) we offer this spectacular program where you can live and learn first-hand about the harvest. A unique experience to enjoy with your family, friends or work mates.


10:30 Welcome
10:45 Hand out of equipment: scissors, harvest basket, and an apron that you can take with you.
11:00 Ride to the vines on our ‘Coloso’. A bilingual guide will accompany you and teach you how to remove the grape bunches and leaves.
11:40 Ride up to the Mirador or Los Olivos Dam where you will have a tasting of our Sauvignon Blanc Reserva overlooking the Casablanca Valley.
12:15 Return to the harvest courtyard. Each of the participants hand in their collection box where they will then learn how the grapes are removed from the stalks and take part in the careful selection process of the grapes.
12:45 Tour of the winery learning about each satge of the winemaking process from reception to fermentation, wine-ageing in barrels, bottling and labelling.
13:00 Time for a well-deserved empanada and a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva.
