Our chef Alvaro Larraguibel who heads up our Restaurant Tanino presents a 4-course menu, where the flavours of each dish are perfectly paired with our most emblematic wines.

SAUVIGNON BLANC WITH TANINO CEVICHE
Chilean sea bass,scallops,octopus and shrimp ceviche with red onion, spicy yellow chili, sweet potato and fresh cilantro. Served with crostinis and crisps made from native Chilean potatos.

PINOT NOIR WITH GNOCCHI CAPRESE
Potato and herb gnocchis with a basil,tomato and mozzarella sauce.

SYRAH WITH SIRLOIN STEAK
Grilled Angus sirloin steak with a deep-fried potato stuffed,goat cheese,thyme and grillad red pepper.

LATE HARVEST RIESLING WITH CHOCOLATE & PASSION FRUIT
Hard chocolate dome filled with passion fruit mousse and accompanied by almonds and orange cream.
