This modern cellar is located in the main part of our vineyards, in the Casablanca Valley with a surface of 2.500 m2 and is well, equipped with the latest technology. Stainless steel tanks, with almost a thousand barrels and a storage capacity closer to 225,000 litres.
We also have the latest technology to carry out the wine making process in only one place, under the close supervision of our winemakers' team.
Stainless Steel Tanks
Today, we have 60 jacketed stainless steel tanks manufactured by the Italian firm Defrancesqui. These tanks have capacities from 1000 to 10.000 liters. Among them we have 2 opened-topped tanks, with a capacity of 9.000 and 10.000 liters, 4 tanks with a capacity of 8.000 liters and 3 tanks with a capacity of 15.000 liters specials for our Pinot Noir production.
Each tank has been made for red and white wine separately, and has a temperature control system which provides our wines with the best condition for its development.
Barrique Aging Cellar
In our outstanding barrique aging cellar, in the middle of the darkness and under silent notes,under silent notes, rest our Reserve and Gran Bosque Family Reserve.
This cellar is equipped with a modern temperature and humidity control system, with temperatures between 14-16 Celsius degrees.
All our barrels are made of fine grain French Oak, selected by our winemaker team, whom chooses them thinking in each of our wines, so we will have differences cooperages, forests, grains and toasted, according to which of our wine we are thinking of.
Bottling and Labeling Lines
With the latest technology, our line reaches a total number of 2500 per hour. The 4 machines, and the tanks, were manufactured in Italy.
The Bartolasso machine, a 4 stages monoblock, rinses, cleans and dries the bottle before filling it with wine.
For the bottle packing, our machinery allows us to obtain the final product, by rinsing, drying, encapsulating and labeling the bottle. All our Family Reserve wines use a tin capsule brought directly from Spain.
