19.54 ha of Casas del Bosque vineyard is organically managed. This organic management is about obtaining the highest quality wine grapes in a sustainable, environmentally friendly way. Not only are we always looking to produce the finest wines, we are concerned about doing it in a way that has the least impact on the environment.
We are convinced that it’s possible to produce the highest quality grapes in a sustainable way that doesn’t affect the natural ecosystem. Organic management means avoiding the use of herbicides and using only natural products for pest and disease control, and natural fertilizers (such as manure) as a way to enrich the earth.
Casas del Bosque has 4.4ha of Sauvignon Blanc and 15.64ha of Pinot Noir in an area that borders with the Los Olivos water reservoir, one of the best soils in Casablanca Valley
