Restaurante Tanino is a gift to food lovers from Casas del Bosque Winery, recognized as one of the 20 world`s best winery restaurant by Wine Access Magazine, Canada.

It distinguishes itself with excellent cuisine and service and a cozy ambiance situated amongst beautiful gardens and vineyard.

Our chef Alvaro Larraguibel together with winemaker Meinard Jan Bloem, have carefully paired selected dishes with our wines to créate a menú which perfectly matches the flavors of our terroir. Where posible we source from local organic or sustainable farmers.

You can enjoy 3 different menus, each for a different place:

Sparkling Zone (where you can taste amazing appetizers between the vineyards), Casa Mirador (open the weekends), has an exclusive menu where you can enjoy the best wines to pair in each of the preparations, with a privileged view. And our renowned Restaurant Tanino.

Schedules:
During summer: Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 16:30 hrs.
During winter: Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 16:30 hrs. (From Monday 23th of May to Monday 12th of September.)

Dress Code : Casual. We advice you to bring warm clothing to protect yourself from the cold, since climate varies frequently in the valley.

Oven cooked fillet of beef served with potato chips, caramelized onion and fried Quails eggs.
